Lovely, well kept campground, close to Lockeport with clean showers and friendly helpful staff. Delightful 6 days spent there exploring a beautiful part of Nova Scotia!
Good place to camp while in the Lockeport area
We were there for two night in early June so very quiet. 3 way serviced sites are very close together. The lady running the place when we were there was very nice. Laundry facilities were clean and well maintained. Lots of great beaches to visit in the area, including Cresent Beach in the beautiful town of Lockeport only a few minutes down the road. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

We are so happy we stopped for several nights at Lockeport Campground. The staff was welcoming and helpful; they actually seemed glad we were there. We had a wonderful, level back-in at the ponds edge; an otter swam by while we were setting up. For transient guests, there are convenient 3-way campsites centrally located to the pool and the music barn. If you visit on a weekend, you may be lucky enough to catch a jam session or a concert. The town of Lockeport is charming--a fishing village with a lovely beach. Will definitely stop here again if our travels bring us this way.
